Shipping Policy
We ship Meccha Chameleon collectibles worldwide. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
Because our figures are sourced directly from our production partners to keep prices fair, estimated delivery times are:
- United States & Canada: 8–15 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Keep an eye out for free-shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once shipped, you can follow your parcel using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow a few days for the first tracking scan to appear.
Customs & import duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us at made@kraisin.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
