What products do you sell?

We specialise in poseable, paintable collectible figures inspired by the Meccha Chameleon game — the iconic blank white robot character in a range of fun poses. Display it as-is or paint it your way.

Are your figures official merchandise?

No. Meccha Chameleon Store is an independent, unofficial fan store. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the developer or publisher of the game. Our products are fan-made collectibles.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then typically takes 7–15 business days for the US, Canada, Europe and the UK, and 10–20 business days for the rest of the world. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Watch out for free-shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way — allow a few days for the first scan to appear.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. If your figure arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for details.

Do I have to paint the figure myself?

Not at all! The figures look great straight out of the box in their clean minimalist white finish. Painting is completely optional — it's just part of the fun for those who want it.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
